Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Fone Masters (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging with our repair services, website, or contacting us for a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services Offered

Fone Masters offers device diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services for mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and related electronic devices. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.


2. Diagnostic & Repair Process

  • We provide an initial assessment of your device. Diagnostic fees may apply for complex issues.
  • All repairs are performed by qualified technicians using quality parts.
  • Some repairs may void your manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend checking your device warranty before proceeding.

3. No Fix, No Fee Policy

If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged a repair fee. This does not apply to:

  • Diagnostic services already completed
  • Liquid damage or heavily damaged components beyond repair
  • Data recovery services

4. Warranty on Repairs

  • We provide a standard 30 to 90-day warranty (depending on the type of repair and parts used).
  • Warranty covers only the specific parts repaired or replaced.
  • It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after the repair.

5. Data & Device Responsibility

  • While we take care during repairs, we strongly advise customers to back up their data before handing over devices.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data during or after the repair process.
  • Devices left unclaimed for over 60 days may be disposed of or recycled.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, and other digital payment methods.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

7. Mobile / On-Site Repairs

  • If we visit your location, please ensure safe and appropriate access.
  • Additional call-out charges may apply based on location and time.

8. Liability Limitations

  • Fone Masters is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from services rendered.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
