We repair a wide range of devices including iPhones, Android phones (Samsung, Oppo, etc.), iPads, tablets, MacBooks, and laptops.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment for quicker service, especially for complex issues or mobile/on-site repairs.

Most common repairs like screen or battery replacements are completed within 30–60 minutes. Some issues may require more time depending on availability of parts and severity of damage.

We use high-quality parts and offer both genuine and OEM-grade alternatives based on your preference and budget.

Yes! All our repairs come with a 30 to 90-day warranty depending on the service and parts used. This warranty covers parts and workmanship but does not cover physical or liquid damage after repair.

If we’re unable to repair your device, you won’t be charged under our “No Fix, No Fee” policy (excluding diagnostic services or severe damage cases).

Yes, we offer on-site repairs and pickup/drop-off options in Tarneit and nearby suburbs. Call us to check availability and fees.

While we take every precaution, we recommend backing up your data before bringing in your device. We are not liable for any data loss during repair.

For standard repairs, no deposit is required. However, for special orders or high-value parts, a deposit may be requested before proceeding.
Currently, we do not offer payment plans or Afterpay/ZipPay options — but we’re working on adding more flexible payment solutions soon!
Yes, all quoted prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Absolutely. We provide detailed receipts or tax invoices for all services and payments, sent via email or printed as per your preference.

Your satisfaction matters. If you experience issues after the repair, please contact us immediately. Your repair is covered under our warranty, and we’ll make it right.
No cancellation fee for walk-in or standard service cancellations. If a special part has been ordered or a mobile visit has been scheduled, a fee may apply if canceled on short notice.
